True religion confronts earth with heaven and brings eternity to bear upon time. An executive is a person who makes their decisions in contemplation of the effects such decisions will have on the entire organization. The grace for character transformation is a love relationship. If you want to build a ship, don't drum up people to collect wood and don't assign them tasks and work, but rather teach them to long for the endless immensity of the sea.
